Please use the following size chart to determine sizing, however keep in mind that sizes vary between designers. We have found that height is a better indicator of size than weight. This chart applies only to clothing. Shoes and slippers are sold by shoe size.

PAYMENT

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit card payments are processed through industry standard secure servers. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time -- please do not send orders via postal mail.

Most items ship the next business day, (M-F), unless otherwise noted in the item availability. (Please note that we usually SHIP the next business day, not DELIVER.) Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected. Only business days are counted in transit time. For example, an Express Saver order received on a Wednesday would ship on Thursday and be delivered on the following Tuesday, (three business days from Thursday). The same order sent via Fed Ex 2nd Day Air would be delivered on Monday, and via Fed Ex Overnight on Friday.

Ground shipments are sent FedEx Ground. Priority Mail shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive, but this time frame is not guaranteed. We are on the West Coast, so shipments may take up to 5 business days from date of shipment. (Holidays and weekend days are not counted.) A shipment to the East Coast, for example, usually takes one full week to arrive via FedEx. If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date we recommend choosing one of the other Fed Ex options. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.

A signature is required for Fed Ex deliveries, unless customer makes arrangements directly with Fed Ex for signature release.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS are shipped via Federal Express for a flat rate of $39.95 (All orders outside of US, US Territories, and Canada.) Shipment of international orders may take up to 2-3 business days after the order is placed to ship. International orders cannot be shipped to a separate address -- they may only be shipped to the verifiable billing address on file with the credit card company. A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. On some international shipments, a $5 (or local equivalent) "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We also have no control over these charges.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, tags still attached for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges). Please see "Gifts" section below regarding returns of gifts.

Sales become final 14 days after you receive the order . Please do not return items to us later than 14 days after you have received them. (Items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items.) Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of cherubini and may be issued a store credit at the current selling price.
EXCEPTIONS: Personalized items & SALE items cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be made within 14 days of your receipt of the original order provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. (Items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items.) However, to ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for, it is best to place a new order for the item online and return the original item for credit back to your account -- we cannot "hold" items in anticipation of a return. Re-shipping charges will be applied to the payment method on file in the case of exchanges. We do not accept checks or money orders -- please do not send checks or money orders with your return.

Exchanges are processed in a timely manner after our receipt of the item(s). If the item you have requested in your exchange is no longer available a store credit will be issued and the information will be emailed to the email address on file for the original order.

GIFTS

Gifts may be returned for store credit or credited back to purchaser's credit card within 14 days of the date you received the order. All tags must still be in place. (Items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items.) If you would like a store credit please include your email address with the return as this is where your store credit information will be sent. We cannot send store credit information through the postal service. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Please include a copy of the original packing slip with your return -- without that information we cannot process your store credit.

Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return/exchange -- without that information we cannot process your return or exchange.

Please circle the items that you are returning, and note for us if you would like an exchange or credit. If an item was purchased as a set, (for example a top and pants), it must be returned as a set. We will not process returns/exchanges of incomplete sets.

Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.

Returns/exchanges are processed in a timely manner after our receipt of the item(s). A credit or shipment notification email will be sent to the email address on file at the time the credit or exchange is processed.

NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is traceable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed

Gift Packaging

Gift packaging is available for $4.00. Your gift will be presented in a cherubini gift box and wrap and you may enter a personal gift message at checkout. All items will be placed in one gift box, unless otherwise requested. Additional gift boxes will be charged at $1.50 each. We do not offer free gift boxes.

Gift packaging is not available for some large and/or odd shaped items, (diaper bags and bedding, for example), as noted by a no gift wrapping icon on the item page. We are happy to include a gift message with these items.

Product Availability

With the exception of custom order items, items noted as being on backorder, and items that may have sold out, (which will be identified in your shopping cart), the items you see on our web site are in stock and available for shipment. We do not "pre-sell" or "pre-order" upcoming season merchandise, charge you a deposit, and make you wait for your merchandise. If it's on our web site, then it's in our warehouse and available to ship -- it's as simple as that.

When adding an item to your cart you will be notified if the item is out of stock, (out of stock information will appear at the top of the shopping cart in bold, red letters). The availability information presented on our site is the most current, accurate inventory information we have, but errors do occur and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. Please be aware that adding an item to your shopping cart does not "hold" the items for you. Transactions are not considered final, (and therefore items are not reserved from available inventory), until the checkout process has been completed.

If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order. Anticipated delivery dates for backorders or custom order items are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

PRIVACY POLICY

We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We may contact you from time to time regarding your order status or about products or specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, we will honor your request not to send them to you.

We use return email addresses from your email correspondence to answer the email we receive. Such addresses from your correspondence are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we do not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without receiving your approval.
